The concerns regarding the deleterious effects of mold, mildew, and sick building syndrome issues caused by water intrusion into buildings has led bfgc to take pro-active measures to further meet our client’s needs.

Roofing and Waterproofing Consultancy:
bfgc’s Roofing and Waterproofing related service includes a wide variety of support tailored to a client’s specific facility-related water intrusion concerns. These services can range from locating a source of water intrusion to the design & construction management of the construction solution.
bfgc has a strong background in roofing services including: selecting and designing, life-cycle costing, preparing construction documents, failure investigation, contract administering, and construction monitoring.
Building Weatherization:
Protecting the building envelope includes defending against wood rot, fungi caused by the decay, insect damage, and other factors that can cause the premature demise of the building structure. bfgc’s staff of experienced and licensed architects, waterproofing consultants, and field technicians provide evaluation services, leak testing, design, construction documents, and construction monitoring to achieve the desired results. We focus on restoration and preventative maintenance of the entire building envelope and sub-structure. The common thread is keeping weather outside the building.
